If any non personalised item is not what you expected then just notify us by email/telephone (stating reason for return) within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
If all the goods from your delivery are returned within 14 working days of receipt we will issue a full refund including original postage and packaging. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
The consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period in order for a full refund to be given. Any loss in value due to poor condition of returned items is the responsibility of the buyer and any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, this can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office. In the event of an item being lost on its way back to us, the proof of postage will be required in order for a refund to be actioned. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).
Please check your goods on delivery, sign for items as 'unchecked' if the packaging appears in poor condition/damaged. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 48 hours and arrange to post them back to us for inspection.
We will reimburse you these extra postage costs upon inspection. If you do not inform us within 48 hours, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

Our signs are made to last. Acrylic (PMMA) is specifically manufactured for signage and outdoor use, the colour is UV stable and won’t fade for years. Care instructed included in your parcel to help maintain your signs. Please follow care and installation instructions carefully.
Standard statutory rights in the U.K. apply. Under 12 months of your sign being delivered we would ask for the sign to be returned to us for inspection and if required a repair will be actioned and the sign returned to you. If a repair is not possible and your sign is under 12 months old a replacement will be made and shipped. If your sign is over 12 months old then repairs and replacement leds are chargeable.
