Prices:
Most UK* orders are FREE, some additional charges may apply to NI, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If however your shipping price is not shown please get in touch, as we may still be able to ship to your region.  

Designing and manufacturing processing time:
The time needed to design and prepare an order for dispatch varies. In most cases please allow up to 5 working days for artwork to be sent and up to 10 working days for manufacture after artwork approval for dispatch. Please check the top of the product description for which signs will be art-worked.

Estimated postage / transit times: (These are in addition to designing and manufacturing times stated above)
United Kingdom**: 3-5 business days
USA & Canada: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 5-8 business days
Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks

Shipping outside the U.K. is DDU. Items purchased from outside of the U.K. may incur import duty and local taxes or handling fees to be paid, these duties and taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient.  Please check with your local customs or tax office to check. These taxes vary by country. 

Most smaller parcels are shipped via Royal Mail and sent signed for delivery to ensure safe arrival of your product.  Royal Mail will hand over your parcel to international delivery partners for any overseas shipments.  Larger items are shipped via UPS both nationally and internationally. ** Larger parcels to remote UK destinations will incur additional charges.  Please get in touch to obtain a quote before order.

We strive to meet these estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time may depend on delivery companies and various factors outside both our and their control.  Always get in touch if you have questions about delivery.

Please check your goods upon delivery, sign for items as 'unchecked' if the packaging appears in poor condition/damaged. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.  If you do not inform us within 48 hours, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Kreativ-Design are not responsible for delays due to customs.  

Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are accepted of non-personalised items in the condition they arrived to you in.  Please follow the procedure below.
Contact us via email within: 7 days of delivery
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

Exchanges or cancellations:
Please get in touch if you have any problems with your order via Email.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective;

• Custom made or personalised orders (House Signs)

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Statutory rights are unaffected.
