Delivery Information

Prices for shipping will vary depending on the size and weight of the product purchased and start from £2.95 for decorations and from £3.95 for signs. Delivery prices will be shown at the checkout once your items are in the basket.  An option for free collection is available from LE10.

Designing and manufacturing processing time:
The time needed to design and prepare your order before dispatch varies (design and manufacturing time). In most cases please allow up to 5 working days for artwork to be sent and up to 8 working days for manufacture after artwork approval for dispatch. Please check the top of the product descriptions for which signs will be art-worked.

Most parcels are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS** and sent signed for delivery to ensure safe arrival of your product. Royal Mail will hand over your parcel to international delivery partners for any overseas shipments.

**Remote locations within the UK (Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Island for example) will incur additional costs on large signs - above 40cm long.  Please get in touch for quote before ordering.

We strive to meet these estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time may depend on delivery companies and various factors outside both our and their control. Always get in touch if you have questions about delivery.

Please keep an eye out for calling cards which may be left in the event nobody is available to take the delivery or online tracking information on the link provided with the dispatch email. If your parcel has not arrived within 14 working days of the dispatch email please contact us to advise on next steps. If no contact is made within these times, claims for loss can not be entered into.


In the event of a parcel/goods arriving damaged you must contact us within 48 hours.  Out of these time frames we would not be able to compensate for damage. 

In the very rare incidence of a parcel being lost we will en-devour to do all we can to locate it, working with the courier and the recipient.  These investigations by the couriers take time which can vary greatly depending on the destination of the parcel and is beyond our control, but the outcome of the investigation must be concluded by the courier before any replacements are sent or compensation claims can be made.  We realise this wait can be very frustrating but due to the personalised nature of the product this is the only option.

Customs and Import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Kreativ-Design are not responsible for delays due to customs. We are not able to collect VAT /TAX at the point of purchase on orders placed outside of the UK. Orders placed from countries outside the UK will be shipped DDU (DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID). If you are unsure if / how much sales tax or duty may apply, please contact your local tax office. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout, this covers the costs of packaging, transport, and damage/loss insurance.
